By accessing our website (www.adamspizza.com), placing an order online, via phone, or in-person, or entering any Adam's PIZZA & Italian Restaurant location, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or premises.
All menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes and refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even if we have already sent an order confirmation.
Orders may be placed online, by telephone, or in person. Payment is due at the time of order completion (for delivery and pickup) or at the time of service (for dine-in). We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. A service fee may be added to certain orders, and all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect addresses provided, or other circumstances beyond our control. A delivery fee will be charged where applicable, and minimum order amounts may apply. The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable time after the estimated ready time. If an order is not collected within one hour of notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the food and retain payment. Refunds will not be issued for uncollected orders.
Customers with food allergies or special dietary needs are responsible for informing us at the time of ordering and again upon receipt of food. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish). We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately (within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup for takeout/delivery orders). Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of management and may require photographic evidence and/or return of the affected items. No refunds will be provided for subjective matters of taste or personal preference.
The Adam's PIZZA & Italian Restaurant name, logo, menu content, photographs, and website design are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam's PIZZA & Italian Restaurant, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, food consumption, or presence on our premises, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the
specific Adam's PIZZA & Italian Restaurant location is registered. We reserve the
right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our
services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new
terms.
